Poster Guidlines

Posters cannot have multiple pages.

Please note that posters must be saved in PDF format and uploaded at the link below by September 7, 2020:

Posters will be available for viewing to registered attendees prior to the conference. We will ask attendees not to take photos/videos of your content but cannot guarantee that this will not occur.

Presenting authors will be expected to log on to their designated Zoom link and present their poster live via the “share screen” function. If you are not familiar with Zoom, you can find technical support here:

We ask that all presenters disclose on their posters any commercial support and/or any relevant financial interests. This includes any commercial support of the original research and/or any financial interests held by the authors that is related or relevant to the presented research.
